What we offer you

CSL food analysis training courses provide a stimulating combination of hands-on practical and theory teaching. Courses are designed for professionals seeking to update or expand their knowledge of specific analytical areas within an EU regulatory framework. Highly relevant to those looking to build analytical infrastructure, with a particular focus on sample tracking and quality assurance.

We aim to create a learning experience for each course member, which will equip them with skills that can be applied directly in the workplace. Training is carried out in first class facilities, by highly experienced staff, and is delivered through seminars, practical work and demonstrations.

Training and demonstrations in the laboratory will cover the determination of Fusarium toxins by HPLC and rapid screening methods, focusing on sample processing, extraction and clean up procedures. The training will also cover validation of methods for Fusarium toxins in accordance with ISO17025 accreditation. Emphasis will be on demonstrating the procedures needed to handle enforcement samples such as compliance with EC 401/2006, sampling and analysis requirements, including reporting of results to ensure that there are no areas of contention with respect to possible disputed results.

To obtain the most value from our courses, delegates should have a good command of the English Language.
