Samples are inspected by our plant health specialists, and the likely cause of the problem is diagnosed. A report will be sent to you within three working days of sample receipt.
If a more detailed identification of the pest or pathogen is required, a charge will be made for additional tests carried out. A report will be sent to you within three working days of sample receipt, giving the findings of our initial examination and, where appropriate, a timescale for completion of the work.
