Blackspot (Colletotrichum acutatum)*
The test procedure was developed by CSL and is accredited by UKAS to ISO 17025. Petioles are treated with paraquat to encourage spore production from any underlying latent infection. This allows diagnosis using a serological (ELISA) technique.
