Plant Health

Nicola manages the staff, financial resources and facilities of the Group and leads research, consultancy and laboratory services in provision of statutory support and other customer needs. Her goal is to ensure the highest professional standards and that staff are aware of factors critical to the success of CSL meeting targets and achieving objectives. Nicola represents CSL at meetings and liaises with Defra, other government departments and relevant industry sectors to seek funding for the Group. She also supervises 2 PhD students. Nicola is a Special Professor in plant pathology at University of Nottingham.

Christina is responsible for helping the Head of Plant Health Group in the management of contracts. She generates the business plan, takes care of costing and pricing of contracts and reports on performance.
